The Village of New Paltz is reviewing and updating the B-3 Zoning district.
The area in question is along Route 32 North, as depicted at left. This process involved a community workshop on March 14th, recommendations provided to the Village Board on August 22nd, and finally an updated zoning code for B-3 district to be adopted and ammended into the Village zoning code. Updates will be posted on this site.
